- 1 block Atsuage
- 1 Avocado
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 200 ml Canned tomatoes (diced)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

- Add the olive oil and the crushed garlic to a frying pan and cook on low heat.
